Do not let public AI become your training environment

Private AI learning environments for education

Vendogram gives institutions a dedicated customer xPod environment for approved materials, source-grounded answers, supervised drafting practice, role-based access, and auditability. Built for education, research, and professional training where control matters

What the platform is

xpod.png
A private AI workspace for controlled learning, research, and supervised training

The Vendogram AI Education Platform gives institutions a dedicated environment where learners and faculty can work with approved materials, ask source-grounded questions, inspect citations, practice drafting, and operate within defined roles and policies.

For platform pilots, Vendogram uses a dedicated customer xPod environment hosted by Vendogram. Customer workspaces, uploaded materials, generated drafts, vectors, and interaction history remain on the customer xPod by default, while the control plane supports monitoring, updates, corpus governance, and operational administration.

Why the Platform Exists

Public AI tools were not built for supervised professional education

When learners rely on public tools, institutions lose control over sources, review, learner workflows, and where training materials are processed. Vendogram gives institutions a dedicated AI learning environment for approved materials, source-grounded answers, supervised practice, and governance

Source control

Do not let open-ended AI define what learners rely on

Institutions decide which materials learners can search, cite, and use. Approved corpora, teaching files, and licensed sources can be organized into controlled workspaces.

Vendogram supports controlled corpora, uploaded teaching materials, and source-grounded responses so learning stays tied to approved content

Supervised practice

Do not train learners to trust AI outputs they cannot verify

The platform is designed around retrieval, citations, review, and refusal behavior when source support is weak. Learners can inspect the materials behind an answer instead of treating AI as a black box

Use a dedicated environment

Do not place institutional training data in a shared customer AI box

Platform pilots use a dedicated customer xPod environment. Customer workspaces, uploaded materials, vectors, drafts, and interaction history remain on the customer xPod by default.

Core Capabilities

The platform combines controlled materials, private AI workflows, source-grounded outputs, supervised practice, and governance features for institutions that need accountable AI learning environments

Approved
Corpora

Control which materials the AI can search and cite, so learners practice against trusted sources instead of the open internet

Document Ingestion + OCR

Upload PDFs, documents, teaching packs, scanned files, and training materials into searchable learning workspaces

Citation-Grounded Answers

Answers and drafts connect back to source passages so learners can inspect, verify, and improve their reasoning

Template-Based

Drafting

Learners can practice memos, case briefs, issue outlines, research notes, and other structured professional formats

AI Policy

Modes

Configure how AI behaves for a task: tutor, guide, retrieve citations, assist with drafting, or require review

Review

+ Governance

Support supervisors, role-based access, auditability, and dedicated controlled environments

Explore a platform pilot
with Vendogram

Start with one learning environment, approved materials, defined roles, and clear evaluation goals. Vendogram can help scope a practical pilot before expanding to additional courses, cohorts, clinics, or training programs

How a platform pilot starts

A strong pilot starts small: one environment, approved materials, clear roles, and measurable learning goals

Define the Environment

Choose the faculty, clinic, program, research group, or professional education team

Configure Materials + Roles

Select approved materials, configure learner and supervisor roles, and choose AI policy modes

Run
+ Evaluate

Launch a contained pilot, gather feedback, and decide whether to expand to additional courses or cohorts

Build a controlled AI learning environment for your field

If your institution is exploring private AI for education, training, research, or supervised professional skills development, Vendogram can help scope a practical platform pilot
